About Tammy
As I have the patience with children, I was the go-to for help. Learning to read can be frustrating for some children. I started teaching my children, along with my niece and nephew, letter sounds and sight words at a young age. Simple words with pictures helped immensely. Colors, animals, vehicles, whatever they were interested in at the moment. I feel the first thing to learn in any language, are the sounds of the letters in the alphabet.

As I had a learning disabled child, reading and comprehension needed to be learned outside the box. I make learning fun! I find a combination of old school phonetics and modern understanding of disabilities works best in conjunction either each other.
