About Susan
I have taught Spanish in the US at every level since 1967, and English as a foreign language in the US and abroad since 1969, for toddlers, elementary school children, high school and college students; and adults, including prisoners! I have had students from virtually every country and value and appreciate each and every one!

My teaching method is eclectic and student-needs based. I analyze the student's current linguistic situation and design a plan from there! I use a variety of methods, depending on the ages, interests, and resources of my students. I create or acquire whatever other resources I think will advance my students' linguistic, cultural, and analytical competencies most effectively and efficiently! Computer-based programs may also be advisable, since excellence is our goal!
