About Pierre

I'm a passionate fitness coach dedicated to helping people become healthier, stronger, and more confident through evidence-based training. As both a strength athlete and endurance runner, I understand the challenges of balancing fitness with work and everyday life, and I believe sustainable progress always beats quick fixes.

My achievements include winning the Swedish Fitness Five National Qualifier, performing 51 consecutive pull-ups, a 165 kg bench press (more than twice my bodyweight), and multiple top-three finishes in national pull-up competitions. These experiences have given me first-hand knowledge of what it takes to train consistently, overcome plateaus, and perform at a high level.

My coaching combines scientific training principles with practical experience to create programmes that fit your goals and lifestyle. Whether you're new to exercise, looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve your running performance, or prepare for a 5K, 10K, or half marathon, I'll help you train safely and effectively.

I believe education is just as important as exercise. I'll explain the "why" behind your training so you develop the knowledge and confidence to achieve lasting results. My goal is to support, motivate, and challenge every client while making fitness enjoyable and sustainable for the long term.

Every programme starts with understanding your goals, current fitness level, experience, and lifestyle. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, get stronger, improve your running performance, or simply become healthier, I create a personalised plan based on proven training principles rather than quick fixes.

My coaching combines strength training, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, and sustainable habit building to help you achieve long-term results. During our sessions, I'll teach you proper exercise technique, explain the reasoning behind each workout, and help you build confidence so you can train effectively on your own.

Lessons are typically 60 minutes and suitable for beginners through to advanced gymgoers and runners, including those training for events such as a 5K, 10K, or half marathon. I provide ongoing support, progress tracking, and adjustments to your programme as you improve, ensuring every session moves you closer to your goals.

My approach is supportive, motivating, and evidence-based. I believe fitness should enhance your life, not take it over, and my goal is to help you become stronger, healthier, and more confident while enjoying the process.
