My hypothesis is simple: CHOICE IS A MUSCLE, AND UNTIL IT IS TRAINED, IT STAYS WEAK. I would hate for my daughters, their friends, their friends' friends, this generation to build careers, companies and communities without learning how to come back to themselves.

I solve that question for young adults (18-24 year olds, college level) - through systems thinking and Design Your Life (Stanford) structure, behavioral science and applied improv.
