About Dread

I began my journey with skateboarding at fifteen, and over the past decade, it has remained a defining part of my life. Now, at twenty-five, my focus has shifted from personal milestones to Fostering the Next Generation of riders. Having navigated the learning curve myself—from the first time stepping on a board to mastering Technical Flip Tricks and Ramp Transitions—I understand the specific challenges students face at every stage.

My goal is to provide more than just technical instruction; I aim to share the Discipline and Resilience that skateboarding has taught me. I believe that the best way to learn is through Patient Mentorship and a deep respect for the craft. By drawing on ten years of On-and-Off Experience, I offer a balanced perspective that prioritises Steady Progression, safety, and the genuine enjoyment of the sport. I am dedicated to helping new skaters find their own flow and build a Solid Foundation that will stay with them for years to come.

About the lesson

About the Lessons:
My instructional approach is centred on Linear Progression, ensuring that every student builds a foundation of Balance and Coordination before moving into more advanced territory.

Because I have spent years mastering Technical Flat Ground and Ramp Transitions, I can offer specific, real-time corrections that prevent the formation of bad habits.

Technical Skill Development We move beyond simple pushing to focus on Board Control and Spatial Awareness. For students ready to advance, I provide a deep dive into the Physics of Flip Tricks, explaining the precise flick and weight distribution required for a clean Kickflip. In the park, we focus on Transition Mechanics, teaching students how to pump for speed and navigate quarter-pipes with confidence and Fluidity.

The Mentorship Philosophy Skateboarding is a unique tool for building Mental Fortitude. Every session is designed to teach Persistence through trial and error. By setting incremental goals, whether it is a first drop-in or a technical grinds, students learn to manage risk and celebrate Measurable Growth. This isn't just about occupying time; it is about fostering a Growth Mindset through a challenging and rewarding physical discipline.

Safety and Environment Each lesson is conducted with a high regard for Injury Prevention. I emphasise the importance of proper Falling Techniques and protective gear usage.

Lessons can be held at local public parks or in the convenience of a Private Driveway, depending on the student's current comfort level and the specific skills being practised.
