Hello Peeps! - I am a fitness enthusiast, who is also a fitness trainer specialising in fat loss and general fitness. My interest in fitness grew when I transformed from FAT to FIT.

About Sarvesh
- I am an MBA student with work experience of less than a year from a Fortune 500.
- Being bullied by a group my dedication towards general fitness, grooming, fashion grew a lot and here I am now, amazed people with my legitimate results over time.
- Fitness not only changes our physical structure, but it also helps mindfully by building confidence, discipline and a lot more.
- I first started by reading a few fitness e-books online and trial and error of all methods nourished my knowledge in fitness. And then first I started training my family members who were obese and when I saw them transforming I then enlarged my service to my community(friends) by just giving out free fitness advice which helped them change their perspective towards fitness and bodybuilding. Later now, I decided to charge a small premium for my fitness tips and advice which would build confidence for an individual by staying fit.

- My fat loss journey taught me a lot more about sticking on with long term goals and consistency. Losing a pound of fat is a whole lot easier than gaining a pound of muscle.
- I train online as well as one to one/personal training. The training method varies from person to person depending on the individual's health and strength. Starting from analysing the person's regular diet, schedule, strength and day to day activities.
- Are you being trained by people who follow traditional methods advising to eat boiled chicken and eggs, quit carbs, no cheat meals, etc? Modern science is all about consuming the right amount of calories of whole nutritious food according to the personal goal of the individual.
- Ping me if you want a flexible(eating food that you love) and long-lasting nutrition chart that would amaze you as well as me with your results.
- My training method contains a cross-combination of weight training, high-intensity interval training, bodyweight exercises, etc.
- The classes are intended for all individuals with a motive to stay fit.
