My name is Enrico Proietti. I have been in the fitness industry for almost 7 years and I love it. I know how hard it is for people to get started in fitness and I want to make that easier. My goal is to encourage fitness and help people continue to be fit and healthy for the remainder of their lives

Hello! I am glad you have continued to read on. Just the fact that you are reading this right now shows me that you want to improve in your fitness. Whether you are looking to improve your strength, stamina, lose weight, build an aesthetic body or just live a healthier life, I can serve all these needs. Typically lessons are online on a video call and can range through a variety of time periods depending on your needs as a client. During these lessons I am able to offer personalised fitness plans specific to your needs, motivation to help you stay consistent with your fitness journey and dietary advice and plans. Generally clients would book multiple sessions, to help them stay more consistent and so I can track their progress. The price is £5 per session and lessons can range anywhere from 30mins-1hr and a half depending on your needs as a client
