The focus of my classes is the clients' objectives, whether you want to gain muscle mass, gain health, recover from surgery, lose weight, in short, all the client's objectives are respected. Through an initial physical assessment we can identify your main physical problems and through anamnesis we can identify all your goals and possible health problems.
