As you can see from my enclosed resume, I am currently enrolled in Bunker Hill Community College in the process of getting my degree in Culinary Arts. You may also be able to see that I have 11+ years of experience as a restaurant cook combined with my very strong abilities to work under pressure environments and managed a team of entry level cooks. Therefore, I believe this makes me a very strong candidate for a Culinary position. I am aware of the responsibilities and roles a restaurant cook has to take part of. Like serving the customers, planning menus, and preparing food and being able maintain health codes. I am very well aware of the require temperatures of food preparation and distinction that exist between having the correct health codes and regulations in place.

About the lesson

Depends on what you are trying to achieve ,if my students will like basic cooking skills . We could start from ground zero , but if they want more advance more artisanal we could teach this . Maybe vegetarian cuisine we could do this to . It all depends what my student goal is .
