About Granny
Hello there, my name is Maleh, I am from Johannesburg in South Africa. I am a certified ESL teacher. I have obtained a TEFL/TESOL Certificate with 120-hour practical, which means I am qualified to teach children from the age of 4 years old and adults. Teaching is my passion, and I would love to see my students grow and become confident English speakers and perform other tasks on their own. I rest assured that on this platform we are going to have fun and exciting lessons. I love to use the TPR (Total Physical Response) method. I also love to learn other people's cultures from around the world.

I also use the TPR (Total Physical Response) method during my teaching lessons as it is more effective for beginners and it makes the learning process more active, fun, and engaging. I also focus on grammar, conversational English, improving pronunciation, and building confidence. I compliment learners using stickers and emojis.
