About Zoe
My name is Zoë I’m 20 years old and fitness is the one thing I am truly passionate about, my fitness journey was so back and fourth trying to find what works for me personally which is why when I finally got there I decided I would try to help other people to do the same as it took a lot of time and effort!! Since I’ve started my training this urge to help people find themselves has just kept growing! All I want is for you to love and accept yourself, body positivity only!

I 100% want to focus on what YOU want and how to make you happy! Plans will also be adjusted based on your level and what you have at your disposal as not everyone can make it to a super fancy gym!
