About Fatoumata
I understand that English is an incredibly complex language and also that one’s understanding of it is unfairly attached to one’s intelligence. Writing is by no means an easy feat. However in my experience the hardest part is understanding you do not have to sound like a professor; sounding like yourself is the best thing that you can do. Nobody else has the experience of being you! Therefore as a tutor I aim to show you ways to highlight your insight and writing capabilities. While also providing ways in which you boost your understanding of literary composition.

Ive always had an affinity for literature especially writing. Ive received several accolades for writing along my career. Some of which are: 1 of two people at my school receive a perfect score for the STAAR writing assessment, two time winner of the Chrystal Allen Writing Award, script writer for the 2017 3rd Place Regional Destination Imagination winners, additionally i participate in National Circuit Debate and and currently in AP lang and comp.
