About Promita
Hello, I am a contemporary dancer based in Kolkata, currently working as a repertoire dancer with Sapphire Creations Dance Company. With over 8 years of training and performance experience, I bring both technical precision and artistic depth to my teaching.
I am deeply passionate about teaching and believe it is a continuous learning process that refines my understanding of movement and detail. I strive to help students expand their vision, enhance their expressive abilities, and discover a meditative quality through dance.

I teach all age groups and levels, from beginners to advanced. My classes include breathing techniques, yoga, warm-ups, floor work, crossings, choreography, relaxing techniques, animal movements and cool-downs, while focusing on strength, flexibility, body awareness, creativity, and proper breathing throughout movement.
