About Griselda
I,m Griselda, a passionate about healthy pastries, a teacher by training and a chef at heart. I'm certified in lighter and healthier pastries with chef Jordi Bordas. I started in the world of traditional pastries, but my life story changed when I was diagnosed with a number of dietary restrictions. I found myself in the need to adapt the pastries I had been making. I also understood the impact they have on our bodies. From there, I want to help more people understand this process and be able to find an equally delicious dessert option so they can enjoy them in those moments of life that determine it.

My lessons are a fascinating experience: Our journey begins with learning about substitute ingredients, then we learn some techniques specific to healthy baking. We go beyond making a simple recipe and delve into understanding it, why you should use some ingredients and not others. This knowledge allows you to adapt your recipes according to your requirements.
Taking one of our classes is like having a before and after, about healthy baking, how challenging it can be to get desserts that are pleasing to the palate, but that when you get it you will feel the eternal satisfaction of having found products that suit you
