About Delaram
I'm obtaining my Masters in Counseling Psychology. I am a Health and Wellness Coach through Kilo Fit Academy. I have been working with the York Region District Board for over 5 years. I want to provide personalized attention and professional instruction to optimize members’ health, fitness, and wellness goals; conducting one-on-one consultations to develop fitness plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
