About Chris
I am a Health and Fitness Specialist with over 6 years of experience working in commercial, corporate and private environments. I have a degree in health, personal training and exercise management and I also have a wide range of specialist qualifications including Precision Nutrition and NASM - CES, PES, WFS, WLS, YFS, SFS. I am a qualified fitness tutor assessor and I have been working as a tutor assessor for the past 2 years.

I like to deliver workshop based lessons where the student can absorb the underpinning theory and apply the it with practical activities. I can structure lessons for entry level sport and fitness up to level degree level 6 in current concepts in exercise, nutrition and health related study.
