About Sadaf
So when i was in school, i was quite obesed. My classmates used to call me all sort of bad names because i was fat. And that time i've done a lot of stupid things to loose weight but later i got very sick. After that experience I've decided to gain knowledge in that field. And now that i think i have enough knowledge, i wanna help all those who are going through the same problems.

I know a lot of school kids and teenagers does not feel confident in their bodies. Im not saying that to look good you have to achieve certain body goals. All I'm saying is that its your body and its your job to make sure it's eating healthy and keeping you well.
