About PRADEEP
Hi! I’m a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of experience building real-world software applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, SQL, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
I know that starting a career in software development can sometimes feel overwhelming. There are countless technologies to learn, tutorials to follow, and interview topics to prepare for. My goal is to make that journey simpler and more structured for you.
I want to share my knowledge because I believe that practical industry experience can save beginners a lot of time and confusion. I want to help you understand not only what to learn, but also why it matters and how it is actually used in professional software development.
In my sessions, we will learn by doing. We can work on coding exercises, real-world projects, debugging problems, interview preparation, and practical development scenarios. I encourage students to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn through problem-solving.
Whether you’re completely new to Java, a college student preparing for your first job, or a developer looking to strengthen your backend and full-stack skills, I will adapt the learning path to your current level and goals.
I’m excited to help you build strong technical foundations, confidence, and the practical skills needed to take your first step into the software industry.
Let’s learn, build, and grow together!

About Me as a Teacher
I am a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of industry experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React, SQL, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
My goal as a teacher is not just to help students learn programming syntax, but to help them think like software engineers and become job-ready.
My Teaching Approach
I believe the best way to learn software development is through a combination of:
* Clear explanations of fundamentals
* Real-world examples from industry
* Hands-on coding
* Practical assignments
* Project-based learning
* Regular doubt-solving
* Interview-oriented preparation
I explain complex concepts in simple language and gradually move from “why” → “how” → “code” → “real-world application.”
How I Structure a Class
A typical session follows this structure:
1. Quick recap — 5–10 minutes
Review the previous topic and discuss any difficulties.
2. Concept explanation — 15–20 minutes
Explain the new concept using simple examples and practical scenarios.
3. Live coding — 20–30 minutes
I write the code step by step and explain the reasoning behind every important decision.
4. Student practice — 15–20 minutes
The student solves a related problem while I guide them rather than simply giving the answer.
5. Real-world application — 10 minutes
I explain how the concept is actually used in professional software projects.
6. Assignment & feedback
The student receives a practical exercise to complete before the next session.
My Special Features as a Teacher
What makes my teaching different is my industry experience.
I don’t want students to memorize interview answers or blindly follow tutorials. I want them to understand how professional developers approach problems.
For example, instead of only teaching Spring Boot annotations, I can take the student through the complete process of building a production-style REST API:
Requirement → Design → Database → API → Business Logic → Testing → Docker → Deployment
I also focus heavily on problem-solving and coding thinking, because knowing a programming language is different from knowing how to solve engineering problems.
My Focus for Freshers
I can help students progress from:
Java Beginner → Backend Developer → Full Stack Developer → Job-Ready Engineer
Topics can include Java, OOP, Collections, SQL, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, React, Git/GitHub, Docker, Microservices, testing, system design fundamentals, projects, resume preparation, and mock interviews.
My teaching style is patient, practical, interactive, and focused on measurable progress.
My ultimate goal is simple: I want my students to reach a point where they can confidently build, explain, debug, and defend their own projects—not just follow someone else’s code.
