I am a Mechanical engineer. I am giving private classes last 4 years. I have play 4 times Kalaripayattu National Championship and I won Silver, Bronze, Bronze medal there.
National cadet corps 'B' , 'C' certificate Holder. I am also a Wrestler.

First We work Strength , Stamina , Speed and We improve Basics . Then Start practice. In a week each day we will do different excercise like Body weight workout , shuttle , Burfi, Dumbbells etc.
After 1 month you feel energetic, confident.
Practice makes a Man perfect.
