I have university teaching experience of more than 20 years in Analytical chemistry for pharmacy, health engineering and chemistry students.

Zahra was my supervisor for my undergraduate project.

She was very knowledgeable and was always available for help. Despite living far away from the university and not being a tenured professor there, she would go out of her way to meet with me at the lab whenever I was starting new experiments or to discuss my results.

As a teacher, Zahra has a vast amount of both practical and theoretical knowledge, owing to her experience in the lab and her status as a published author of scientific books. I learnt a lot about how quantum dots are formed in hydrothermal processes from her as well as how particle size and surface analysis techniques work from a scientific standpoint. She also had a great deal of patience when I ran into roadblocks and would help me figure out solutions to my problems.
