About Matthew
I am very aware that each student wants/needs something slightly different than the next. I am a natural teacher, and I love being able to push and celebrate once a goal is accomplished. Thankfully, I have been able to work with many teachers, directors, and choreographers over the years. This gives me a good sense of learning how different people learn and being able to adapt my teaching style to the student.

I am trained in Meisner, Chekhov, Stanislavski, devised theatre and mime. I have an extensive repertoire of dialects. I have performed in English farces, Shakespearean tragedies, big musicals, and stunt shows. I have a background in ballet and gymnastics as well.

Matthew was an incredible teacher! He went above and beyond to help me prepare for a big recital. He helped me pick the right song for my voice and provided exercises for me to work on outside of our sessions. He is well adept in all genres from musical theater to country.
