About Maria
My name is María José, I'm 17 years old, and I live in Colombia. I love art, dance, and music. I want to teach this wonderful language because it gives us so many opportunities to travel and opens doors in the job market. My love for languages began when I went to Poland on an exchange program and improved my English. I also learned a little Polish, and it was fascinating how people from different countries could communicate in the same language. This is why I want to teach my native language, Spanish, so that many people can know how beautiful it is and how wonderful it is to communicate in multiple languages.

I feel that when classes are dynamic, students learn more. In this case, the students don't speak Spanish, so my methodology would be to speak to them in Spanish, making minimal use of English so that they understand what I say in Spanish through context.
