My name is Garvit, 23, started lifting when I was 15-16 at a bodyweight of 130 kgs. Since then, I have come a long way, made many mistakes, learned from them, and now I am currently at a bodyweight of 95 kgs and still going strong in my journey to be the best version of myself.
