About Kate
Having given informal lessons to my fellow students over the past 2 years, I have found that I really enjoy teaching and have a flair for explaining complex topics in easy-to-understand terms. I believe a good Study-Life balance is important and outside of the classroom I love horseback riding, reading, and traveling.

These grinds are geared towards Leaving Cert students in Chemistry Higher level or Ordinary. I have my TEIG B2 irish speaking certification and I have been giving informal lessons to fellow students for the past two years. We will go at your pace, and your style of learning. We can focus on specific topics of your choosing, or we can do a general run through of the syllabus. I love explaining, and will go as in-depth as you wish. Students are encouraged to actively participate and to ask questions. I can set exercises to help with revision between sessions if desired and I am happy to advise on learning and study techniques. Grinds last for one hour and are available via Zoom or in-person.
