I don't have any advantages in myself, I don't have perfection in myself but when I know what a workout is, it teaches me a lot in terms of discipline and patience in me, every human being is tested differently, and In each test, not everyone will be able to fight it, but I learned a lot of things, that is, with this workout, I can also motivate myself to become a stronger person mentally and physically.
