I am a fun-loving person who loves to spend time outdoors with my two sausage dogs, especially when we walk down to the beach at sunset. I love spending time with my friends and I love my work! Wanting to teach so I can use my skills to help others.

About the lesson

I am able to change the lessons depending on what works for you.
I have grown up playing sport, have personal experience losing weight, and have a great understanding around nutrition and healthy eating.
