About Hannah
I have struggled with mental health in the past and have had to work through a lot of trauma, but through movement and that dedication to self, I came back to life! I believe in spreading a positive view on movement and our bodies in general. My classes are focused around celebrating our bodies, heartbeats, and their individuality and strength, while still challenging some growth!! I'm pretty much just a goofball that wants to make people feel good and confident in their practice, body, mind, and overall life!
