About Tasha

I am an enthusiastic student looking to help others in achieving the best results. I have A-levels in Chemistry, Biology, History and Maths and have completed a Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry at Queen Mary, University of London. Currently I am in my second year of a PhD Physical Science programme at the University of Birmingham. I have a strong knowledge of Chemistry and Biology, with a sound understanding of Physical concepts.

About the lesson

Thus far, I have primarily tutored students at GCSE and A level in triple sciences as well as English literature and language. As a tutor I endeavour in ensuring I have an established knowledge of the subject area before beginning. With regards to my teaching style, I am aware each student learns differently and as such, I aim to adapt my approach respectively. Visual aids, practice questions and open discussions are some tools I have found promote both student engagement as well as accelerated learning. Ultimately, my aim is to provide straight forward assistance for students so they have the best opportunity to perform at high academic levels.
