About Hakan
I started my personal training career in 2017. Since then, I have done over 15,000 hours of one-on-one coaching.
I have coached many different types of people with different goals and needs. From people who have never been to a gym to professional and semi-professional athletes.
I love coaching, no matter what the client’s goal or ability is. Watching them progress and reach their goals makes me very happy and is one of the reasons I love my job.
Personal training is more than just the hours in the gym. Changing habits and building a routine around daily activities and diet is key to long-term success. That’s why I include support outside of the sessions in my coaching package.
I also train clients online for those who cannot come to the gym. This works great for clients in different time zones or people who travel a lot.
Hobbies/Interests
I love anything that involves exercise and food! I enjoy training, especially for bodybuilding (resistance training). I have tried powerlifting and many other types of training to develop my skills as a coach.
I have been doing this for years and I enjoy the process of learning, developing skills, and getting fit at the same time.
I am also a big foodie and love eating out, so if you need food recommendations, just ask!

In our classes, we usually start by getting to know each other, then I listen to your exercise history, and then we make your personalized exercise plan. Generally, after the first lesson, we identify the missing areas, do warm-up exercises specific to the person's development, mobility drills, and then move on to the main exercise group. Finally, we end our lesson with stretching exercises. This is a general explanation. Exercise order or planning may vary depending on the goal and the person.
