About Maedb
I am a poet, actor, theatre maker, facilitator, producer and also the co-artistic director of an artist development company. I am currently studying at Guildhall School of Music and Drama and have represented them at the National Poetry Slam, UniSlam for the past two years. I am also 1/3 of the interdisciplinary writing collective, Women of Words.

I approach each session individually. By identifying your goals we will set clear aims and objectives and develop a course of training that will best suit you. As an actor/writer I will encourage you to write your own work and we will practice acting strategies using your text. By using your text and connecting to your own emotions, we will explore how we can replicate this when working with other writing. I am also happy to focus just on acting technique. I can also facilitate writing workshops for poetry and playwriting, these will be defined on a student by student basis.
