About Ella

Singing is more than performance—it's connection, color, and collaboration. With 4 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnomusicology (Vocal Traditions), I help students explore harmony and vocal creativity. My passion lies in building layered vocal arrangements and guiding singers toward expressive, blended sound. Lessons include arranging techniques, counter-melodies, and improvisation to develop artistry. I teach multiple styles including A Cappella, Pop, Gospel, and R&B, adapting to each student's musical personality. Together, we explore vocal blending and harmony stacking for live and recorded settings. I also teach how to use music technology to produce rich, multi-layered vocal tracks. My students include school learners, university performers, and aspiring recording artists. Each session focuses on both musical skill and creative vision. About the lesson

Group singing is one of the most rewarding musical experiences. My teaching approach is designed to help singers perform in harmony, both technically and emotionally. I focus on choral singing, vocal blending, and sight-reading to build strong ensemble awareness. Part-singing exercises encourage precision and teamwork. Students learn to balance their sound, shape phrases, and respond musically to others. My teaching also guides The Orchestra Member and The Crossover Artist to adjust their tone and technique for blended vocal performance. Each session strengthens confidence in tuning, rhythm, and harmony. I emphasize listening as much as singing—it’s the foundation of great ensemble work. We explore how voices support and color one another in real time. Lessons are collaborative and uplifting, building trust within the group. I want every student to feel essential in the ensemble’s sound. Together, we’ll make singing a shared journey of musical connection.
