About Raymond Joseph
Hi, I’m Raymond Joseph Paredes, and I’ve spent the past eight years working at the Oriental Tamaraw Rural Bank of Naujan. I started as the bank’s driver, and through dedication and continuous learning, I worked my way up to appraiser and eventually assistant manager.
Over the years, I’ve handled real estate appraisals, conducted background investigations, and analyzed clients’ financial statements to assess their capacity to pay. I also helped in policy-making and implementing those policies in the field. Part of my role was to research real estate market values to ensure every collateral was properly evaluated and aligned with current market conditions. I am also in charge of disposing of foreclosed assets, so sales are not new to me. Communication and scheduling are also part of my job because I have to set appointments and meet-ups with potential clients for ocular inspection of the properties they wish to mortgage.
I’m also a father of four healthy kids, which taught me patience, responsibility, and balance, qualities I carry into my professional life. As I always say, “I believe you have to work hard to learn how to work smart.” With my hands-on experience and dedication to improvement, I’m confident I can bring real value to your team.
