About PAMELA

Hi, I'm Pamela and have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. In 2016 I completed 400 hours YTTC in India. I love the energy and peacefulness yoga bring to my life. In return I want to teach this beautiful and very old practice to all of you.

I have a flexible and accommodating approach to all new students. With over 10 years experience with my own practice I'm sure I will be able to manage expectations.

I teach Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga as well as Vinyasa flow or if you are keen to explore meditation and pranayama classes, this is also available. Classes can be 30, 60 or 90 minutes long.
