About Remi
My name is Rémi, I graduated from a STAPS high level sports training license at INSEP as well as a university diploma in physical preparation from CEP Gilles COMETTI. I practiced competitive swimming for 10 years. Lovers of sport, performance and physical transformations, it was obvious for me to make my passion my job, so I started working as a swimming trainer in 2020 and giving bodybuilding classes, fitness and others in 2019.

I offer sessions of 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your goals, at home, outdoors, indoors or in video. I can also offer supplemental dietary plans to improve your health and fitness. Training should be fun, which is why I will be able to coach you in a good mood and I will be at your disposal in order to offer you the best sessions for you! I favor functional exercises that will work your whole body for a perfect balance. These sessions will inevitably improve your health. My courses are aimed at all types of public.
