My tutoring approach in Physical Fitness for 6-15-year-old students involves hour-long sessions from 6 PM to 10 PM Philippine Standard Time. I tailor my methodology to each student, combining theoretical knowledge and practical exercises to create an engaging learning experience. Sessions include a 10-minute warm-up, a 30-minute main activity focusing on various fitness aspects, a 10-minute skill development segment, and a 5-minute cool-down. The remaining 5 minutes are dedicated to Q&A and feedback. Through this structured approach, I aim to not only enhance physical fitness but also foster a lifelong appreciation for a healthy lifestyle.
