I am a graduate and I have experience in personal training and physical performance in Spain and abroad. I have worked in high performance with athletes of different nationalities, especially in the world of football. I am methodical, serious, responsible and hard-working.

My work methodology is to adapt the training to the needs and preferences of each client. You must fill out a previous questionnaire with general information to get to know yourself better and to be able to adapt the training to your needs, objectives and your personal tastes.
If your objective is:
Healthy life: to be able to integrate exercise into the daily routine and make it a habit within a healthy lifestyle using varied exercises always to the customer preferences.
Performance: preparation of personalized and monitored workouts using periodic tests to monitor the progression of each client.
Rehabilitation / Readaptation of injuries: preparation of a progressive training plan that allows the patient to return to normal / return to sports life in a safe and effective way.

Trip costs are not included in the price if they are bigger of 10Km. In that case, I will send a customized quote for every customer. The sport equipment is included during presencial trainings.
