About Mario
My name is Mario, I have a degree in physical activity and sports sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid. I have trained in a self-taught way and I have carried out sports rehabilitation training and training for bodybuilding, performance and the field of strength. Since I was 16 years old I have been training in this world and I would like you, who are reading this, to be able to learn and take all the learning without spending so much time and so many mistakes to progress as it happened to me.
