About Kelsey
I love to watch each child succeed in whatever they set their mind to! Over my five years in the profession, I have had the opportunity to watch students who did not know English when starting school learn to read and have major success before leaving my class. Spending time getting to know each student and what they are passionate about helps me best prepare lessons and activities that will pique their interest and allow them to feel appreciated and valued in the classroom.

I strive to build a positive environment and build relationships with each student to help them succeed. Providing as many opportunities for student-led learning, engaging activities, and hands-on experience builds great success in the students' learning. Differentiating each lesson to meet the needs of the child is one way that I see major growth for each student within my classroom.
