As a military wife and mom of 5, I have always wanted to find a way to help others. Not only have I been certified in Health & Wellness andLife Coaching, but I have certifications, knowledge and life experience in other career paths as well.
I have overcome odds of major surgery and came out on top.
There is always a positive perspective in situations. Sometimes we just need help to see it.
Whether you need positivity, guidance, motivation, a plan, or just someone to listen, I am here!

A little bit about me….
A military wife and mother of 5 kids, a dog and a cat ️. I am a dance instructor and choreographer.
Was a Veterinary Technician for about 16 years. Mostly small animal.
Helping people is what I live for! I have helped about 70 people this month. My heart is full when I can listen and help people through their situations.
Sometimes we just need someone to listen and be there, and let us know that whatever we are going through will pass. That we will be ok.

Your first 30 minute session is free. That way I can get to know you and start a plan for you. Save $25 if you use the 5 hour package or safe $50 if you use the 10 hr package! I look forward to meeting you.
