About Irene

I have a degree in International and Diplomatic Sciences, I have a master in digital marketing and a diploma from high school(liceo classico). I am content creator and social media manager: all my work is based on the knowledge of Italian. I write everyday adapting the texts as needed. I wrote a book dedicated to the role of women in agriculture and a fairy tale for children, Amore e Zafferano, whose focus is the food education . I have created and managed school workshops on food education for about 10 years and I have held several courses for adults and entrepreneurs on the subject of digital marketing, writing for the web and social media. I worked for over 10 years as an executive assistant and project manager: writing texts, creating projects was my daily focus. Currently I teach Italian online to foreigners and I am social media manager and content creator for some industries and associations in my city.

About the lesson

I follow a methodology that adapts to the needs of the students. Study of personalized plans based on the objectives and time that students have available. In general I propose: 1) direct method to involve the student in conversation and study of the language using real-life dialogues. 2) classical method that comes from my Latin and Greek studies in high school (focus on grammar and dialogues) 3) visual method to help students study by organizing main themes and concepts. For beginner students, in particular, I use graphic material and mind maps developed by myself to help them better fix concepts, new vocabulary and grammatical structures. My lessons are aimed at: 1) foreigners (beginners / intermediate / advanced) who for work needs have to learn Italian; 2) Italians who need help learning school Italian / homework help 3) Italians who need help writing school texts / projects 4) foreigners who need to improve their Italian by focusing more on conversation and on pronunciation 5) Italian students who need a hand to better organize their school studies.
