About Carrie
I am a graduate from the University of Queensland and I came from China. I have been living in Brisbane for about 3 years. I have six years of experience in teaching Chinese to people with different backgrounds. I love teaching Chinese not only people can gain more language skills, more importantly, people can learn Chinese culture by studying Chinese. I always conduct different ways to teach according to the students' preferences, requirements, purpose and interests. Also, I always would like to provide more contents and aspects to inspire students to improve and develop, in this way, students may find other filed that they want to explore. Through all these years by engaging with a range of students, I also improved my professionalism and capabilities for teaching Chinese. I gained highly recognition from students which give me a sense of achievement. I love helping people and I hope more people can learn Chinese and learn more about Chinese Culture.

My teaching method always aims to inspire students to learn more. I chose an interesting topic which also could cover the content that I planned to teach. Being a teacher, in my opinion, should always be patient with students. More importantly, I have been tring my best to understand the ways of learning the students and made the best use of their advantages. This could encourage students to learn something efficiently and effectively.
