About Sarah
I am 20 years old, I am studying interior architecture at university. I have been practicing pilates for years now and it has become a passion of mine. WhenI was younger I was never really into sports, always felt like a forced thing to do. However, when I began pilates it transformed my life style, mental health, and body. Therefore I would really like to help other people feel the same way and achieve the same things.
