About Katherine
I am a UGA Redcoat Trumpet who has been in District Honor Band three times. I have 7+ years of experience, 3 years of Honor Band, 4 years of private lessons, 4 years of marching band, and 2 years as section leader. I also attended four years of summer band camps, two of which were at UGA.
I received the International Baccalaureate Diploma. All my classes were two years, so I have more experience than most who just took one year. My favorite subjects were biology and math, and they are still my favorites to teach to others! Being in IB gives me access to many recourses that can help with a very deep understanding of these subjects.

I would love to help students/beginners learn the trumpet techniques I had the pleasure of learning, and help them learn to integrate it into their normal trumpet routine.
I also love teaching Biology and Math to students of any age. I would like to know ahead of time what school the students attend, who their teacher is, and their course work ahead of time so I am able to help them the best.
