I am writing this in regard to an email I received to give a recommendation for Peter Welch.
I first met Peter back in July 2021, where he oversaw the SEE program, it was at that time that I had explained to me what my role was and what expectations were expected of me.
I found Peter to be both highly intelligent and professional in his role as a teacher/trainer.
Peter was always prepared to handle anything that came his way, his choice of material that he chose for us to do was widespread and educational.
In closing, I would add that in my opinion Peter would be more than suitable for the role of a tutor.
