About Antonio junior
Hi, my name is Antonio Junior, I am a 20-year-old boy, I graduated from the hotel industry, with an exit grade of 81/100; I am passionate about both national, international and molecular cuisine, and food science/nutrition(but in general science). My mantra is: everyone can learn everything with the right method, and often each subject has its own.

My approach to the subject is extremely free, my method is based on making people understand how that thing works or why it happens. My goal is to make the boy / girls understand what they are studying, encouraging them to deepen, to go to the bottom of a topic, to make it their own. My lessons will be structured in this way: 1) introduction to the topic 2) discussion of the topic in an active way 3) small question about the topic, to see if the topic has been learned on request I will create power point and / or personalized notes
