About Salma
I am a first-generation student who started off having no family to set the example of what it takes to achieve higher education. I am now earning my Master's in Physician Assistant. I believe that anyone can learn, and I provide an encouraging environment that allows students to feel confident and make them realize it's okay to make mistakes because this is where you learn the most.

I am willing to conduct video calls, and as I am a visual and audio learner myself, I intend to include lesson plans that consist of images or have a storyline for the students to follow. I break up the learning in stages and love using the teach-back method, where I have the student explain in their own words what they took away from each lesson before moving on.
