1: Teaching Techniques and Methods :-
* The "Form-First" Approach: I prioritize biomechanics over heavy weights. I use visual demonstrations and "tactile cueing" to ensure you feel the muscle contracting, not just moving the weight.
*Progressive Overload Logic: I don’t believe in "muscle confusion." My method relies on systematic tracking of reps, sets, and intensity to ensure measurable growth every week.
The 80/20 Dietary Framework: I teach flexible dieting. We focus 80% on nutrient-dense whole foods and 20% on lifestyle flexibility to ensure the diet is sustainable long-term.
2: Usual Structure of a Class/Session
Phase 1: Priming (10 mins): Dynamic stretching and joint mobilization specific to the muscle groups we are hitting that day.
Phase 2: The "Anchor" Lift (20 mins): Focusing on a heavy compound movement while fresh, where I provide deep technical analysis.
Phase 3: Hypertrophy Blocks (25 mins): High-volume isolation work using various intensity techniques like drop-sets or pauses.
Phase 4: Review & Recovery (5 mins): A quick debrief on the day's performance and a check-in on your recovery/nutrition for the next 24 hours.
