About Daniel
I am an exceptionally self-motivated and driven individual with refined interpersonal and
communication skills who loves meeting new people and building rapport & trust. I pride
myself on always performing to the best of my ability and putting my best foot forward.
I thoroughly enjoy working individually to complete tasks as shown by my First-Class Honors
degree in Sport & Exercise Sciences and MSc in Sport & Exercise nutrition but also as part
of a cohesive team as shown by my previous experience working in health & fitness as well
as coaching environments. Furthermore, demonstrated an excellent ability to impart this
knowledge on an individual and group environment through mentoring younger students and
providing nutrition support & education for in a sporting environment from amateur to
professional athletes
