About Shane

I'm Shane, I'm 28, and teaching about Film is everything I live for. I've been an avid Film fan for years, but really started to view them analytically before I began college. From that point on, I knew my life would be centred around Film in some respect.

One question I will always ask my
students - "What is your favourite film?" Book a lesson to find out my answer!

About the lesson

I typically take a traditional approach to teaching about film/screenwriting, depending on time-scale of lessons. Modules include:
-Storytelling
-Formatting
-Writing vs the Visual Medium
-Proactive approach to Writing
-History of Film/Screenwriting
-Using Pop Culture
-Comic Relief

I will also be able to adapt certain lessons if there are specific subjects you are eager to learn about. If you have specific questions, please feel free to reach out.
