My name is Kaushal and I am just 25. Being a guy who always got mocked in school and college for being fat and always got jokes made me feel so low that I finally decided to take a break and started my workout journey. However even with the YouTube knowledge and going to the gym doesn't help me much and eventually I fell sick. I want to praise every newcomer a perfect diet and exercises which he requires.
